Terms of service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Tirova online store available at tirova.pl. The store is operated by a company with its registered office at Stoczniowców 3, 30-709 Kraków, Poland. Contact: +48 797 742 942, kontakt@tirova.pl.

2. Orders and payment

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the store website. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Available payment methods are BLIK, fast online transfer (iMoje) and card payment (Visa, Mastercard).

3. Delivery

We ship orders within 1–2 business days. For your first order, delivery is a flat PLN 50 throughout Poland. Free delivery is available for first orders of PLN 1,000 or more. Delivery time depends on the courier and the delivery address.

4. Returns and complaints

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail or phone. Details are available in the Returns & complaints section.

5. Final provisions

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
