Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by e-mail at kontakt@tirova.pl or by phone at +48 797 742 942.

Return conditions

Returned goods must be complete, unused and in original packaging. The return shipment should be sent to: Tirova, Stoczniowców 3, 30-709 Kraków, Poland.

Complaints

In the event of defects or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will handle the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complete documentation.

Refund

We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
